Fall Gala 2008

The SAFARI Fall Gala on Saturday, November 8, 2008 was a huge success. This event is Caring House’s major fundraising annual event. Proceeds from the event are used to support Caring House and its mission to provide a homelike environment for patients and their family and friends.

A special thanks to Gala Co-Chairs Arthur Rogers, Charles Collie and Jay Mebane for planning a real “wild” time!

Summer Fling 2008

This year’s Summer Fling at Ocean Club in Salter Path was a great success. Guests loved the new venue and enjoyed cocktails and a sumptuous spread by the outdoor pools and fountains.

Co-Chairs Donna Getty and Jane Newbern did a fabulous job! Caring House netted over $17,000 from this great event, which will provide 226 guest nights to cancer patients in need! Thanks to all who attended and bid on the many fine auction items.

The beautiful Ocean Club in Salter Path was the venue for our 2008 Summer Fling on June 20th.

Guests enjoyed many outdoor events this summer, including Memorial Day and July 4th celebrations.
